All packages are shipped from our fulfillment house in Kent, Washington, within 2 business days and will take another 3 days to arrive in the

7. If the product is coming from India, what about customs?
Customs on an incoming package are the responsibility of the buyer. For packages shipping to the U.S.A., most of our products are classified

may also change regulations periodically. We will do our best to alert you to any customs that may be expected, but we may not always be

order it! In the case that you requested a discontinued or sold out item, we will do our best to find that item. If we cannot, we will refund
you the price of the item together with its associated shipping cost.
