1. What does "Ruhamah" mean?
     Having obtained mercy, a symbolical name given to the daughter of Hosea.  “Say of your brothers, ‘My people,’ and of your sisters, ‘My loved
     one’” (Ruhamah). – Hosea 2:1

     In the book of Hosea in the Bible, God uses the names of Hosea’s children as a lesson to Israel.  In the beginning, the names referred to

     judgment.  In this later verse, the names of all three children are reversed as a way to affirm the ongoing grace and compassion of God, even
     in light of the people’s continued failure.  With God’s help, we assist these girls out of prostitution and pray for God’s compassion and grace
     in their lives as they spend time healing and trying to find their way in life.  Naming the jewelry business Ruhamah gives special meaning to
     the greater story involved in the girl’s and Freedom Firm’s hope for restoration.

2. How do I purchase an item?
     First, browse the Ruhamah Designs website to find an item you like.  Then click “Add to Cart” to place the item in your shopping cart.  Once
     you have completed your selections, proceed to the “Assign Shipping Method” icon on the home page to purchase your shipping choice.  Enter
     the number of items you are purchasing to receive the correct shipping cost.  From your shopping cart, proceed to checkout.  This will take
     you to Paypal’s secure website where you can enter your details to complete the purchase.

3. How do I pay, and how secure is the payment process?
     All of our payments are processed by PayPal.  Thus, subject to PayPal’s own restrictions, we accept payment via major credit cards, bank
     accounts, or PayPal accounts.  We wish to provide our customers with the utmost security as given through this trusted transaction
     provider.  All financial information is entered only on PayPal’s secure site and is not passed on to us.  Enjoy a secure shopping experience!

4. How do I modify or cancel my order?
     Before checking out, you can remove any item from your shopping cart by clicking on the “Remove” button.  If you choose not to purchase
     anything at this time, you can navigate away from the Ruhamah Designs webpage and your shopping cart will clear after you close your
     browser.  Our website will not retain your information.  All sales are considered final after the checkout process is complete.  Any concerns
     or special requests can be submitted via our website contact box or directed to our contact@ruhamah.in mailbox.  These will be considered
     on a case by case basis.  An order cannot be changed after it has been shipped.

5. What is your return policy?

     All sales are considered final after purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your complaint via our
     website or through email at contact@ruhamah.in.

6. What shipping method do you use?
    All packages are shipped from our fulfillment house in Kent, Washington, within 2 business days and will take another 3 days to arrive in the
     mail. Our default shipment method is USPS. If you have any questions about shipping not answered here, please contact us via our website
     or through email at contact@ruhamah.in.

7. If the product is coming from India, what about customs?
     Customs on an incoming package are the responsibility of the buyer.  For packages shipping to the U.S.A., most of our products are classified
     as duty-free.  For packages shipping to the U.K. and Europe, some duty may apply.  Every country is different with regard to customs, and
     may also change regulations periodically.  We will do our best to alert you to any customs that may be expected, but we may not always be
     able to assess the current situation prior to shipping.  Again, any customs or duties assessed are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please
     contact your local customs office for more information.


8. What does limited availability mean?
     Ruhamah Designs is constantly searching for new stones and designs.  As such, this also means that we may discontinue some designs even
     as we add new ones. Occasionally, we also use one of a kind stones that cannot be replaced.  So if you see something you like, don’t wait to
     order it!  In the case that you requested a discontinued or sold out item, we will do our best to find that item.  If we cannot, we will refund
     you the price of the item together with its associated shipping cost.

9. How accurate are your product descriptions?
     We strive to give the best information possible when describing our products and the elements that go into them.  In spite of our best
     efforts, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.  We will correct the descriptions upon their discovery, and apologize for any
     inconvenience this may cause you.

10. Will my information be kept private?
     The Ruhamah Designs website does not store or use any personal information from those who only visit our website.  By placing an order,
     customers consent to Ruhamah Designs storing personal information, such as name, address, email address, and items ordered.  Such
     information is kept confidential and is only used for internal organization.  Financial information is not viewed or stored by Ruhamah Designs
     as we use PayPal as a secure third party for our transactions.  Customer information may occasionally be used by Ruhamah Designs for a
     short survey to improve our services, but will never be sold or given to an outside corporation.
